Fixed-term: The funds for this post are available for 24 months in the first instance.
We are looking for an experienced Investigator to join the University of Cambridge's Human Resources Division, specialising in complex and sensitive staff investigations.
This role plays a key part in ensuring fair, thorough and proportionate investigation processes across a range of staff misconduct and complaint cases.

About the role
You will lead investigations into a range of staff matters, including complex and sensitive cases such as serious misconduct and complaints, ensuring findings are evidence based and clearly presented.
Working closely with HR colleagues and stakeholders, you will provide expert advice, support decision making processes, and contribute to continuous improvement of investigation practices.
