Loughborough University is looking for an experienced Throws Coach to join our track and field team and continue to push athlete development forward.
This role requires in depth Throws coaching knowledge and the ability to lead an inter disciplinary team to develop our student athletes towards their potential. The postholder will oversee the recruitment of athletes, delivery of coaching programmes themselves and through a variety of paid and volunteer coaches and selection to BUCS (British University & College Sport) competitions and other events.
This a rare opportunity to be part of a unique multi-sport performance development environment where innovation and creativity are actively encouraged.
