Who we're looking for

We currently have 0.6 FTE teaching hours available on a fixed term contract, from September 2026 to July 2027. We are a large team of experienced practitioners and deliver Pre-Entry to L2 ESOL as well as Functional Skills and GCSE Maths and English to both 16-19 year old full-time learners and part-time adults.
Applicants should have a strong background in teaching ESOL across a range of levels and age groups. The role will include teaching a variety of skills and levels, tracking and monitoring learner performance, setting learner targets and marking learner course work and exams. Applicants must be able to work on own initiative with limited supervision and be able to meet tight deadlines. You will be supported by the ESOL Managers, ESOL Curriculum Leads and Improvement and Innovation Practitioners.
