The Opportunity:

The School of Divinity, University of Edinburgh invites applications for a Teaching Fellow in Old Testament and Hebrew Bible. This is a unique opportunity to be part of the School of Divinity's Biblical Studies subject area, and to contribute to the teaching of Biblical Hebrew at undergraduate and postgraduate levels. 

This is a Guaranteed Hours role with 454 hours guaranteed for the duration of the contract; we are open to considering reduced hours or job-share arrangements. 

We are also open to considering requests for hybrid working (on a non-contractual basis) that combines a mix of remote and regular on-campus working, with teaching to be delivered in person on campus.
