Are you an experienced reward and benefits professional with a strong analytical mindset and a passion for creating fair, competitive and inclusive people practices? We are looking for a Reward and Benefits Lead to support the delivery and ongoing development of reward, pay and benefits arrangements across the University.
Working closely with colleagues across HR & OD, Payroll, Pensions, Finance and external partners, you will provide specialist advice, produce clear insight from reward and benefits data, support pay and benchmarking activity, and contribute to the continuous improvement of our employee benefits and recognition offer.
This is a varied and influential role where you will help maintain robust pay and reward frameworks, support job evaluation processes, liaise with benefit providers, monitor benefits uptake, and translate complex information into accessible reports and briefings for a range of stakeholders.
We are seeking someone with experience in reward and benefits, salary benchmarking and data analysis, ideally gained within a complex organisation. You will bring excellent communication skills, attention to detail, the ability to manage competing priorities, and a sound understanding of reward principles, pay structures, employee benefits and equality considerations.
A CIPD qualification or experience within higher education or the public sector would be advantageous, but most important is your ability to use evidence, insight and collaboration to help shape reward and benefits practices that support our people and organisational priorities.
If you are motivated by improving the employee experience and contributing to fair, transparent and inclusive reward practices, we would welcome your application.
