Shape the journey of our student cohort at the London College of Contemporary Arts — leading with purpose, inspiring your team, and transforming ambition into achievement from day one to graduation
This is a pivotal academic leadership role at LCCA, responsible for the quality, performance, and day-to-day management of the Level 3 Business Management and Hospitality and Event Management cohorts.
Focusing specifically on one intake period, you will lead these students through a vocationally led curriculum designed to mirror the standards of the global business and service sectors. Working within a collaborative team of Course Directors, you will ensure that the LCCA student journey is seamless, professional, and directly aligned with the evolving needs of the hospitality and business industries.
About the Role
As Course Director for the June level 3 intake, you will provide strategic leadership to ensure high student retention and professional success across the Business and Hospitality pathways. You will oversee academic governance, including internal and external metrics and exam board preparation, while leading a teaching team to deliver industry-aligned, vocationally-led instruction.
Working closely with the Academic Dean and fellow directors, you will manage day-to-day operations across flexible delivery modes, fostering an inclusive environment that equips a diverse student body for immediate impact in the global service sector.
Key Responsibilities
At LCCA, you will be part of a dynamic academic community committed to innovation, inclusivity and student success. This is an opportunity to lead and shape the academic experience of a defined student cohort, influence programme performance through strategic, data-led leadership, and make a measurable impact on student progression and achievement.
LCCA is committed to creating an inclusive learning and working environment. We welcome applications from candidates of all backgrounds and are dedicated to ensuring our workforce reflects the diversity of our student community.
