The School for Business and Society (SBS) at the University of York is seeking to appoint two Lecturers in Management (Teaching & Scholarship) on a 12-month fixed term basis, to join one of the following subject groups: People, Work and Employment; Management and Organisation Studies; Marketing, International Business and Entrepreneurship. SBS is a dynamic interdisciplinary school, uniquely positioned to lead business and public policy action on complex social and environmental challenges. We are committed to excellence in teaching, and our Centre for Advanced Scholarship in Management Education actively promotes innovative teaching and learning practices. This is an exciting opportunity to join a thriving academic community at the forefront of sustainability research and teaching in the UK.

Responsibilities include lecturing and conducting seminars in a relevant management topic, setting and marking assessments, providing constructive feedback, supervising student projects, and contributing to curriculum review and development. You will also play an active role in module administration, programme planning, and the collegial life of the department, while investigating and disseminating best practices in teaching and learning scholarship.
