Reporting to the Student Records Enhancement Manager and supporting the work of the Student Records team, the post holder will have administrative responsibilities for enquiry management within Student Records, working towards providing a reliable service to both staff and students. The postholder will also be required to provide administrative support for a number of the functions within the team including ensuring student data is up to date at all times. This multifaceted role will see the post holder have an active involvement in key university processes including the enrolment of students, releasing of student loans and the preparation of data for statutory returns.
The postholder will be required to build effective working relationships with a wide range of stakeholders including academic staff and those in other professional services departments, with the shared objective of providing an effective and efficient service for students. The role requires strong organisational skills, the ability to work flexibly and the ability to adapt during periods of peak workload.
We are looking for an individual with experience of developing strong working relationship with a variety of colleagues and the ability to work across teams and functions. They will be highly motivated, with excellent organisational skills and an exceptional eye for detail with a commitment to delivering a high quality and professional service to our students and staff.
