About the role
This post will support our interdisciplinary research agenda as well as contribute to our education programmes in the field of digital innovation and transformation for health, with a focus on the DBA Health program. We are particularly interested in someone with a strong background in either Strategy or Organisational Behaviour. The successful candidate will join our People and Organisation Management in Healthcare cluster. Given the interdisciplinary approach to health challenges taken at the Global Business School for Health, we would expect the successful candidate to be able to work across disciplines and engage effectively with diverse health system partners, in advancing projects around the transformational potential of new digital technologies for health systems.
About you
You will have a PhD in Strategy, Organisational Behaviour, or other relevant social science field. Strong publication record in reputable journals on topics related to digital innovation and transformation. A track record of doctoral supervision and contributions to doctoral training programs. Ability to develop significant scholarly contributions in the field of digital innovation and transformation for health. Ability to work across disciplines and sustain partnerships to deliver impactful, interdisciplinary research.
