The Role

We’re looking for a detail‑driven Quality Assurance Officer to support the delivery and continuous improvement of academic quality across the College. Working closely with the Quality, Compliance and the wider academic teams, you’ll play a key role in strengthening quality processes, supporting validation and review activity, and ensuring alignment with regulatory frameworks.

What You’ll Do

  • Support programme validation, approval, reapproval and periodic review activity
  • Contribute to annual monitoring and academic quality reporting cycles
  • Track and analyse key metrics including continuation and completion
  • Support governance committees and ensure accurate recording and reporting
  • Maintain and improve quality systems and data processes
  • Provide guidance to staff on quality assurance policies and procedures
  • Support student surveys (e.g. NSS, AMRs) and complaints processes
  • Collaborate with academic and administrative teams to enhance student experience

What We’re Looking For

  • Experience in academic quality or assessment processes within UK Higher Education
  • Knowledge of QAA, OfS and HE regulatory frameworks
  • Strong data analysis and reporting skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication
  • Ability to build relationships across diverse stakeholders
  • Highly organised with strong attention to detail
