This role will be based on the university campus with scope for it to be undertaken in a hybrid manner. We are also open to discussing flexible working arrangements.

You will be an enthusiastic and highly motivated qualified healthcare professional, (e.g. nurse, doctor) with experience in a clinical setting. You will have a relevant healthcare qualification and current professional registration with a regulated body for example the GMC, NMC or HCPC. Additionally, you will have experience in teaching and assessment and hold an appropriate teaching qualification. You are expected to work collaboratively, using highly developed communication skills to establish extensive and effective networks within the University and across placement providers in relation to Clinical Skills.
We are looking to recruit an enthusiastic and motivated individual, with knowledge and experience in supporting educators to develop their potential and enhance the delivery of clinical skills education with a focus on developing Workplace based assessments and supporting OSCE delivery, within the School of Medicine. You will have the ability to collaborate effectively and to motivate, becoming a valued academic member of the Institute of Medical Education.
