About the Role
This will be an exciting and pivotal role, in a fast-paced environment, and the post holder will be expected to be adaptable, quickly assimilate information, and to establish their own support networks across UCL. An excellent eye for detail, superb organisation skills, the ability to support and manage multiple priorities at the same time and to communicate effectively are a must.

About You
To provide high level executive support to the Executive Dean and Director of Operations (DoO), directing and managing their time in the most effective and efficient manner, developing a broad understanding of faculty and university governance and stakeholders to ensure that the most pressing and strategic issues are prioritised, and communicating effectively with a variety of stakeholders.
A key member of the office administration team who work together in a flexible manner to ensure that all key functions are covered. In addition, the role holder will be a first point of contact for a variety of staff, students, visitors, and team, and will apply their knowledge of UCL to respond to queries and support activities.
