The Opportunity

We are seeking an outstanding academic leader who can champion a transformative, contemporary, student-centred learning experience grounded in our institutional values and commitment to equity and social justice. The DVC Education and Students will provide strategic leadership and engagement across the University, driving innovation in curriculum design, pedagogy, student support and success, AI and digital literacy to ensure that our graduates are industry-ready, digitally adept leaders who can thrive in an ever-changing world.

You will be a distinguished leader with a strong record of leadership in education, a deep commitment to student success and widening participation, and demonstrated success leading transformation in complex and ever-changing environments. You will bring a proven ability to build collaborative relationships, inspire staff and students, and embed values-based practice in all aspects of the educational enterprise. You will embody the values of the university and embrace the purpose of the institution as a catalyst for positive impact across the communities that it serves.
