THE ROLE
The University are seeking an experienced and motivated Lead Compliance and Maintenance Manager to provide leadership, governance and assurance across statutory compliance and maintenance operations throughout the University estate.
This is a key leadership role responsible for ensuring the University maintains effective statutory compliance arrangements, robust maintenance services and appropriate technical governance frameworks across all campuses. The successful candidate will lead compliance and maintenance functions, providing assurance that statutory risks are effectively managed and that maintenance services are delivered safely, efficiently and to agreed standards.
As the University's appointed Responsible Person for Asbestos and Water Hygiene, you will provide strategic oversight of statutory compliance arrangements relating to building safety, engineering compliance and associated regulatory requirements. You will ensure that appropriate governance structures, monitoring arrangements and assurance processes are in place to maintain compliance and support effective risk management across the estate.
