About the Role
This 10-month maternity cover offers the opportunity to contribute to one of the University's strategic priorities: widening access to graduate education by attracting and supporting outstanding students from underrepresented backgrounds.
You will lead the delivery and development of graduate access scholarships through the Academic Futures programme, overseeing planned expansion and helping shape future scholarship initiatives. You will also manage a team of five delivering key graduate and undergraduate scholarship schemes, including Commonwealth Scholarships and the Reach Oxford Scholarship, while supporting the development of new scholarship opportunities through the University's matched endowment scheme.
Working closely with colleagues across colleges, departments and divisions, as well as donors, government bodies and other higher education institutions, you will play a key role in delivering meaningful outcomes for students and supporting the University's long-term strategic ambitions.
