Job Description

Candidates with expertise in one or more of the following areas: Artificial intelligence, computer vision and pattern recognition, image processing, natural language processing, virtual reality and game, robotics, software engineering, programming languages, multimedia, computer graphics, and visualization, etc.

Job Requirement

Candidates should have a PhD degree in a related discipline. Successful candidates are required to demonstrate an ability to undertake independent research leading to impactful outcomes, such as publication in high-quality, internationally recognized, indexed journals and other types of scholarly work as appropriate & recognized by their disciplines. Meanwhile, they are also expected to have a commitment to teaching excellence at undergraduate or postgraduate levels.  Academic rank will be determined in accordance with successful candidate’s experience and accomplishments.

Benefits and Appointment Terms

Commencing salaries will be commensurate with qualifications and relevant experience. Fringe benefits include housing allowance, leave, social insurance and commercial insurance. Appointments to the position will initially be made on a fixed-term contract with mutual agreement.
