The Role
Kingston University is seeking an Assessment Centre Delivery Lead to support the delivery of its Future Skills programme, helping undergraduate students build the skills, confidence and experience needed for successful graduate careers.
In this role, you will lead the design and delivery of Development Day events for second-year students, creating engaging assessment centre-style experiences that reflect current graduate recruitment practices. Working closely with academic staff, employers, alumni and professional services teams, you will ensure these events provide valuable opportunities for students to develop and demonstrate key employability skills.
The position combines strategic planning with hands-on delivery. Responsibilities include developing delivery frameworks and assessment approaches, coordinating stakeholder engagement, managing event logistics, monitoring risks and progress, and implementing continuous improvements to enhance the quality and consistency of the student experience. You will play a key role in shaping a significant university initiative, strengthening partnerships across the institution and contributing to positive graduate outcomes.
We are looking for a highly organised, proactive professional with experience designing and delivering assessment centres, development programmes or large-scale engagement initiatives. The successful candidate will be confident managing multiple priorities, building productive relationships with diverse stakeholders, and driving projects forward in a dynamic environment.
Strong project management, communication and problem-solving skills are essential, alongside the ability to work independently, use initiative and maintain a high level of attention to detail. Experience of graduate recruitment processes and assessment centre methodologies will be highly beneficial, as will a commitment to continuous improvement and delivering an excellent participant experience.
This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is passionate about skills development, stakeholder collaboration and creating impactful learning experiences that support student success and employability. See website for full details.
