Estates & Facilities Management is the campus hospitality provider at Loughborough University. We provide accommodation and catering within our halls of residence and within our various food and bar outlets for students, staff and visitors.
Concierge Assistants provide support in our busy Hall Receptions by providing a friendly and efficient welcome to our students and commercial guests. Duties include checking-in guests, answering enquiries, using an accommodation database, monitoring fire panels, cleaning reception areas and undertaking general administration.
We are looking for a smart, enthusiastic and confident person with excellent customer service skills to join our team.
The position currently available is for 25 hours per week on a 52-week, open ended contract. Hours are mainly worked from 1:00pm to 6:00pm Monday to Friday.
