Do you have experience of leading student voice activity in higher education and a passion for enhancing the student experience?
Birkbeck, University of London, is seeking an experienced Student Voice Strategy Manager to lead the development and delivery of our strategic approach to student engagement and feedback. This is an exciting opportunity to shape how the student voice informs decision-making and enhancement across the institution.
The role will take responsibility for Birkbeck’s approach to external and internal student surveys, module evaluation, student voice meetings, and other quality assurance processes that enable students to share and influence their educational experience.
You will play a key role in developing innovative and effective mechanisms for gathering, analysing and responding to student feedback, ensuring students remain central to Birkbeck’s improvement activities.
Based within Academic Standards and Quality, part of the Education and Student Experience Directorate, you will work closely with academic schools, professional services teams, and student representatives across the University to strengthen student engagement and support a culture of partnership with students.

Salary and benefits
£51,713 rising to £60,858 per annum.

Contract
