The opportunity
Do you enjoy delivering excellent customer service, dealing with student enquiries both in person and via email, whilst helping to support and contribute to a high-quality student experience? Camberwell College of Arts, part of University of the Arts London, is seeking an enthusiastic Student Enquiries Coordinator to join the Academic Registry team, working on its dedicated Student Contact Desk.
You will be the first point of contact for enquiries, dealing with prospective, current and past students. You will respond to and manage a wide range of enquiries, both in person, and online, while providing information and advice, and problem solving and escalating to other teams as necessary. You will also provide key programme administration support to the Academic Registry team, covering duties as required at key points during the academic year.
This is an opportunity to combine experience of delivering high quality and consistent customer service, within an academic administrative environment, making a tangible and positive impact on the student experience.
About you
You will be educated to at least A Level or have equivalent work experience. You will also possess relevant experience of working in an academic environment, as well as experience of providing reception/administrative support in a caring profession. In addition to this, you will need experience of working with IT systems, databases or student record systems, as well as CRM systems.
You are highly organised and a skilled problem solver, with plenty of initiative. Crucially, you are a naturally collaborative, supportive and customer-focused individual, with strong communication skills both in person and in writing.
