Qualifications and Experience
The successful candidate must possess at minimum, a PhD from a recognised university, in Civil Engineering or Civil and Environmental Engineering or equivalent engineering in a closely related field, with a B.Sc. (Honours) in Civil Engineering or Civil and Environmental Engineering.
