With strong organisational and problem-solving skills, you will be able to manage competing priorities, make informed decisions, and respond effectively to complex issues.
Experience of working in a customer-facing, multi-channel service environment is essential. You will be comfortable using data and feedback to monitor performance, identify opportunities for improvement, and drive service excellence.
Above all, you will be proactive, resilient, and committed to continuous improvement, with a strong focus on delivering an outstanding experience for students.
