A great opportunity has arisen for an enthusiastic and proactive individual to join the Pathways partnership, one of 29 national partnerships delivering the Office for Students’ Uni Connect initiative. The post holder will work with a group of schools across Leicester, Leicestershire and Rutland, helping to raise awareness of Higher Education opportunities and supporting young people to make informed decisions about their future.
Responsibilities will include:
The successful candidate will have excellent communication and organisational skills, enjoy working with a wide range of people, and be passionate about supporting young people to achieve their potential. They will be confident delivering activities in both education and community settings, able to work independently as well as part of a team, and committed to ensuring activities are effectively monitored and evaluated to demonstrate impact. As the role supports schools and partners across Leicester, Leicestershire and Rutland, the successful candidate will be willing and able to travel regularly throughout the region, including to rural locations.
