About the role
Applications are invited for a change manager to join the Project Delivery Team in Education Services on a 2-year fixed term basis. Education Services is part of the University's professional services and provides support to students and staff across the University and Colleges.
In this role you'll work primarily to support the Digital Assessment programme, which aims to providing change management, communications expertise, advice and support to colleagues working on the programme from across the university to design, deliver and track the efficacy of an effective change programme.
You may also work on other change projects with the team's project portfolio if capacity allows but the Digital Assessment Programme will be the main focus.
About the team
The Project Delivery team is a group of project and change managers who deliver, or support the delivery of, a range of transformational projects across Education Services in areas such as assessment, admissions and student finances. Projects can range from small, simple enhancements to major change initiatives involving multiple stakeholders across and beyond the University.
About you
You will have excellent organisational, change management and communication skills, and be able to manage your own workload. You will have experience of change and communications management approaches and delivery, from direct experience and/or through a relevant qualification. You will be a collaborative team-player.
