The Role
This is a great opportunity to shape endpoint management, automation, cyber security compliance and digital transformation at Ravensbourne.
At Ravensbourne, our ambition is to enhance and continuously improve the digital experience for our staff and students. This is a hybrid role based at our SE London campus.
The Senior IT Solutions Specialist will support, manage and develop Ravensbourne’s desktop and mobile computing devices and labs, including Windows and Apple Mac environments, as well as key desktop and enterprise software platforms.
The role will help develop custom solutions using new and emerging technologies to empower and transform the organisation’s digital capabilities, including the digitisation of processes and workflows.
The Senior IT Solutions Specialist will act as a senior engineering lead for Microsoft client devices and communications, implementing and maintaining the operational aspects of the University’s Microsoft endpoint infrastructure in alignment with architectural design and strategy, and working collaboratively with colleagues across the wider IT Services team.
