As line manager, you will be supported by administrators within the two organisations who will ensure the smooth running of the management of the trainees within both SLaM and at the IoPPN, and HR issues in line with NHS employment policies and procedures.
You will liaise with university staff and NHS colleagues on professional practice issues, attendance and other policies effecting trainees, and alert the programme team to any concerns raised. You will meet regularly with both the Programme Director and SLaM senior director for management and to help ensure any difficulties are appropriately escalated or redirected.
