UKCBC is seeking an experienced and inspiring Director of Education to provide academic leadership across our higher education provision and help shape outstanding outcomes for our students.
UKCBC exists to enable opportunity, cultivate confidence and develop capability through applied, inclusive and professionally relevant higher education. Working with university and awarding body partners, we support a diverse student community to succeed in their studies and progress towards positive destinations.
About the Role
As Director of Education, you will lead the operational delivery of the College’s academic strategy across Schools and programmes. Working under the strategic leadership of the Chief Academic Officer, you will oversee academic performance, quality assurance, teaching and learning enhancement, student outcomes, and relationships with university and awarding body partners.
You will lead the Head of School and Head of Student Support and Experience, chair the Quality of Education Committee, and ensure that academic delivery meets regulatory requirements, partner expectations and institutional standards.
The role holds operational ownership of the Office for Students’ quality and standards requirements, including the effective monitoring and continuous improvement of academic delivery, assessment, academic support and student outcomes.

Experience within partnership or franchised higher education provision and Fellowship or Senior Fellowship of Advance HE would be advantageous.
