This role will be based on the university campus, with scope for it to be undertaken in a hybrid manner. We are also open to discussing flexible working arrangements.
Are you passionate about data quality, reporting, and enabling others to make confident, data-driven decisions? Do you enjoy creating clear, user-friendly dashboards and building capability in others to use data effectively?
Reporting to the Senior Data and Analytics Manager, you will play a key role in developing and maintaining high-quality data, reporting, and insight across Integrated Student Recruitment.
The University of Leeds is one of the largest and most successful recruiters of students in the sector. In this role, you will focus on ensuring that data is accurate, consistent, and accessible, and that reporting and dashboards support both strategic and operational decision-making.
You will work closely with stakeholders across Admissions, Marketing, International, Business Intelligence & Data Analytics, and other core services to deliver high-quality, user-friendly reporting and to embed a culture of data accuracy, consistency, and confidence. A key aspect of the role will be supporting colleagues across the service to build their capability in working with data, ensuring that data is understood, trusted, and used effectively.
You will also contribute to the effective use and development of systems that support data capture and reporting, ensuring that changes and enhancements are aligned with data quality and reporting needs.
The role is a campus-based role with the ability to work remotely when appropriate. We typically require you to be on campus a minimum of 2 days per week. There may be occasional evening and weekend work during peak periods.
