Wolfson College, University of Oxford, is seeking a self-motivated, experienced Property/Estates Management professional to lead the planning and delivery of planned and unforeseen maintenance and new works programmes across our vibrant and diverse Grade 2 listed estate.
The Estate Manager will also contribute to major capital works, support the Home Bursar in ensuring estate-wide health and safety compliance, and lead on the control of contractors. This is an excellent opportunity to play a key role in maintaining a safe, functional and attractive environment for some of the world’s leading academics.
About the Role
Reporting to the Home Bursar, and supported by a team of 4, you will lead the commissioning of maintenance and new works, and act as the prime interface with all contractors. You will be excited by the opportunity to ensure that the College meets its statutory obligations while delivering first-class service across the College community.
This is a varied, hands-on management role that combines leadership, technical knowledge and project management, with good estate planning skills.
