The post contributes directly to the reliability and quality of a service that is essential to day-to-day teaching, learning and assessment, and supports the University’s commitment to an outstanding education and student experience.
A good communicator with sound technical judgement and a strong user focus, the successful candidate will provide front-line support and guidance to staff, contribute to the maintenance of high-quality support resources, and work closely with colleagues across Education Enhancement, Information Services, Faculties and Professional Services to sustain an effective and responsive support service during the period of leave.
