London College of Contemporary Arts (LCCA) is seeking Academic Support Tutors to join our growing Student Services team. Due to continued growth, we are recruiting multiple vacancies across our London campuses.
This is an exciting opportunity for professionals with experience in Higher Education, Further Education, academic support, student engagement, learner development, personal tutoring or student services who want to make a meaningful difference to students' lives.
As an Academic Support Tutor, you will play a key role in supporting student engagement, academic achievement, retention and progression. Through personalised academic support, coaching and guidance, you will help students overcome barriers, develop confidence and achieve their academic and career goals.
Working closely with academic teams, wellbeing services and careers colleagues, you will contribute to an outstanding student experience and help students thrive throughout their journey at LCCA.

About the Role
As an Academic Support Tutor, you will provide personalised academic guidance, learning support and student success interventions that help improve engagement, achievement and continuation rates.
You will work proactively with students to identify challenges, develop action plans and provide ongoing support throughout their studies.

Additional Information
