The SmartStage team helps innovate the way WBS approaches its online, live delivery of education. The postholder will, in the main, be operating our SmartStage facility and providing high-quality live-streaming for the business school. SmartStage (https://vimeo.com/933332771) is an immersive, augmented reality video environment which allows the presenters to see and interact with the content around them, such as graphics and even holograms. This stage will be used for the delivery of synchronous, online events.

This will include day-to-day administration, development and technical support during live sessions. The role holder will play a key role in the development of innovative teaching by working with a range of presenters, in order to support and develop them to use the technologies. The Live Streaming Production Coordinator will liaise with colleagues, members of faculty and external stakeholders to support in the design, creation, administration and delivery of best in class online teaching events, ensuring an excellent student experience. They will provide expertise, advice and technical support, resolving issues quickly and thoroughly, escalating when necessary.
