  • Contribute to strategic projects that support institutional growth, innovation and educational quality.
  • Represent BIMM University externally, building relationships and contributing to sector discussions and developments in digital education.

What You'll Bring:

  • Significant experience of leading digital education, curriculum enhancement, educational technology or learning and teaching initiatives within Higher Education.
  • Experience translating institutional strategy into practical improvements that positively impact staff and students.
  • Proven leadership and management experience, including leading teams and delivering change across complex organisations.
  • A strong understanding of digital pedagogy, curriculum design, assessment and the effective use of learning technologies.
  • Experience of developing and implementing institutional frameworks, policies, standards or guidance.
  • Knowledge of the opportunities and challenges associated with Artificial Intelligence in Higher Education.
  • A good understanding of the UK Higher Education regulatory and quality landscape, particularly in relation to academic standards, accessibility and digital education.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills, with the ability to work effectively across academic and professional services teams.
  • Experience advising and influencing senior stakeholders on strategic academic or organisational priorities.
  • The ability to use data, evidence and insight to inform decision-making and measure impact.
  • A postgraduate qualification, or equivalent professional experience, in digital education, educational technology, learning design or a related field.
  • A collaborative and inclusive approach, with a commitment to creating environments where both colleagues and students can succeed.

The postholder can be based at any of BIMM University’s nine campuses (Brighton, London, Essex, Bristol, Birmingham, Manchester, Leeds, Berlin or Dublin).
