Academic Content and Facilitation Manager (Refugee-Led Research Hub)

The Oxford Department of International Development (ODID) is seeking to recruit an Academic Content and Facilitation Manager who will be working within the Refugee-Led Research Hub (RLRH).

 

The postholder will contribute significant effort to supporting African displacement-affected scholars to access postgraduate opportunities across Mastercard Foundation Scholars Program partner universities. They will lead the design, delivery, and continuous improvement of high-quality academic and skills-based courses, workshops, and other programmes that equip learners with the knowledge, confidence, and practical tools required to access and succeed in postgraduate study.

The successful candidate will have substantial content and/or curriculum development experience in an (I)NGO and/or higher education setting, with excellent leadership experience and timeline management. They will also have a postgraduate degree or equivalent professional experience. The postholder will have demonstrated experience designing and developing structured academic or skills-based learning programmes. They will also have proven experience facilitating workshops, seminars, or online learning sessions, with working knowledge of inclusive, learner-centred pedagogical approaches.
