Project Manager

Applications are invited for the post of Project Manager in the Digital Solutions section of the directorate of Digital & Estates Infrastructure & Development.

The role holder will join the Business Systems Team who assist and support the implementation of transformational and operational digital projects.

You will have experience managing projects within a digital environment and ideally have experience of bringing together both technical and business experts. You’ll be a problem solver by nature with a broad set of skills gained from implementing real-world software solutions. You will have a broad set of skills covering project management and communications, as well as having a thorough technical understanding of business systems.

You must have an undergraduate degree in a relevant subject area.

The post is permanent and part-time at 0.6 FTE and benefits from being eligible to the nationally supported USS pension scheme and various other employee benefit schemes including childcare and sport facilities.

This role will be located on campus at Bangor. Through our Dynamic Working framework, there will also be the option to spend some time working remotely (although remaining in the UK) to support work life balance.

There is a minimum requirement to be in the Bangor office two days a week or operationally as required.

The ability to communicate through the medium of Welsh is desirable for this post.
