Saïd Business School is seeking a proactive and highly organised Student Engagement Officer to join our MBA Programme Team. This is a unique opportunity to play a central role in delivering an exceptional experience for our MBA and 1+1 MBA students, working alongside world-class faculty, senior stakeholders and an internationally diverse student community.
 
As Student Engagement Officer, you’ll coordinate student-led initiatives, organise high-profile events, support academic delivery and develop innovative ways to enhance engagement throughout the student journey. Working closely with Programme Managers, faculty and colleagues across the School and University, you'll ensure activities run seamlessly while continually improving processes and communications.
 
Key responsibilities:
  • Coordinate the planning and delivery of student-led events and co-curricular activities.
  • Act as a key point of contact for MBA students, faculty and stakeholders.
  • Coordinate complex projects from planning through to successful delivery.
  • Manage budgets, logistics, communications and event operations.
  • Produce reports and review engagement data to drive continuous improvement.
You will have proven experience in programme, project or event management, with the ability to coordinate initiatives from planning through to successful delivery. You will be highly organised, detail-oriented and capable of managing multiple priorities while meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills are essential, with the confidence to build strong relationships and engage effectively with a diverse international student community and a wide range of stakeholders.
