Opportunity Overview
Reporting to the Doctoral School Manager the post-holder will provide high quality, customer centric support in relation to PGR operational activity. This will involve delivering and supporting activities across the entire student lifecycle from admissions, student support to examinations.
There will be a strong drive to create a culture of continuous improvement and you will be expected to proactively identify and participate in the development and embedding of new initiatives designed to improve service or success rates.
