About The Role

We are seeking an experienced People Change Partner to join our small and supportive team. Working alongside our People Partners, offering a real opportunity to translate business strategy into practical and sustainable organisational outcomes, which contribute to the University's future success.

Your primary focus will be leading the design and implementation of strategic workforce and organisational change programmes, working closely with leaders to deliver organisational structures and workforce solutions that enable the University to achieve its strategic objectives. • Experience of working constructively with Trade Unions and employee representatives through periods of change.
  • Resilience, empathy and sound judgement when supporting leaders and employees through complex and often sensitive organisational change.
