This role will be based Unipol Student Homes, 155-157 Woodhouse Lane, Leeds LS2 3ED
The Marketing Manager is responsible for leading the planning, delivery and evaluation of marketing activity that supports Unipol's strategic objectives, including student accommodation recruitment, retention, brand awareness, stakeholder engagement and commercial performance. You will ensure that marketing activity is insight-led, customer- focused and delivers measurable results.
Working closely with the Sales Manager and wider teams, you will develop and implement integrated marketing strategies that drive occupancy, retention, revenue growth and customer engagement across Unipol's student accommodation portfolio. As a brand champion, you will enhance Unipol's reputation, and deliver impactful marketing initiatives that strengthen engagement and support commercial and organisational objectives.
You will be a confident and engaging communicator, able to build strong relationships, influence stakeholders and work collaboratively across teams. A strategic thinker with strong commercial awareness, you will translate organisational objectives into effective marketing activity that delivers value. Creative and innovative, you will combine strategic thinking with excellent attention to detail to ensure campaigns are delivered to a high standard and aligned with brand expectations.
You will thrive in a fast-paced environment, demonstrating resilience, adaptability and a proactive approach to problem-solving. As a results-driven professional, you will use data, insight and performance metrics to inform decisions and continuously improve marketing effectiveness and customer engagement. A key focus of the role is delivering marketing KPIs and return on investment, driving growth in website traffic, audience engagement and social media performance, increasing brand awareness, and contributing positively to Unipol's reputation and strategic success.
