Reports to: Managing Director
Regent European University is seeking an experienced Academic Programme Director to provide strategic academic leadership across our growing portfolio of programmes.
Working closely with academic and professional services colleagues in the UK and internationally, you will play a key role in ensuring academic excellence, regulatory compliance, curriculum innovation and an outstanding student experience.
The Role
As Academic Programme Director, you will lead the planning, development, delivery and continuous enhancement of academic programmes. Your responsibilities will include:
About You
You will be an experienced Higher Education leader with a strong track record in academic leadership, curriculum development, programme management and quality assurance.
You will bring excellent leadership, stakeholder management, analytical and communication skills, alongside experience of working in an international Higher Education environment and managing academic provision across multiple jurisdictions.
You will have strong knowledge of the UK Quality Code, curriculum design, assessment and academic quality frameworks, with experience of leading teams and driving continuous improvement.
Essential qualifications include a Doctorate degree, Fellowship of Advance HE and evidence of continuing professional development. Teaching and leadership qualifications are desirable.
