About the role

As the Timetable & Attendance Manager at Health Sciences University, you will provide operational leadership for the university's timetabling, attendance data, and room booking functions within the Academic Registry. Reporting to the Deputy Academic Registrar, you will oversee the timetabling team, manage core system integrations (including Technology One, Quercus, and Presto), and ensure the production of high-quality, accurate timetables to support institutional growth and you will directly enhance the overall student experience, ensuring smooth academic delivery.

This role plays a vital part in cross-university planning, estate development, and providing key attendance data insights to aid management decision-making and compliance.

About you

We are looking for a proactive, professional leader with experience in Higher Education timetabling, line management, and leading system-related projects. You will possess timetabling skills within a HE environment, knowledge of complex data analysis techniques, and strong IT system integration capabilities.

With excellent communication and problem-solving skills, you thrive on managing high-volume, complex workloads and are adaptable to change - always keeping student needs at the forefront to deliver a seamless and supportive campus experience.
