We have an exciting opportunity for a Research Assistant/Associate to contribute / make a leading contribution to a NERC-funded project Sex-specific fitness landscapes in the evolution of egg-laying vs live-birth working closely with Prof Kathryn Elmer (Glasgow) and Prof Oscar Gaggiotti (St Andrews) along with co-Is Prof Maureen Bain (Glasgow) and Prof Mike Ritchie (St Andrews) and European external partners.
The successful candidate will also be expected to contribute to the formulation and submission of research publications and research proposals as well as help manage and direct this complex and challenging project as opportunities allow.
This post is full-time (35 hours per week) and has funding available for up to 16 months.
