1-Year Fixed-Term Maternity Cover

Vogue College of Fashion is seeking a visionary and experienced Course Leader to lead the MA Content Creation & Production on a one-year fixed-term maternity cover contract. This newly revalidated postgraduate programme explores the evolving landscape of fashion media, content creation and digital storytelling through a multidisciplinary, inclusive and practice-led approach. 

This exciting role combines academic leadership, curriculum development and industry engagement within a globally recognised fashion education environment. The successful candidate will be responsible for the strategic oversight, management and delivery of the programme, ensuring a student experience that is academically rigorous, industry relevant and reflective of contemporary developments across fashion, media and technology. 

The Course Leader will play a key role in shaping a curriculum that embraces emerging technologies, including artificial intelligence, immersive media and interactive digital tools, while championing inclusive, sustainable and culturally responsive approaches to fashion communication. Working closely with the Postgraduate Programme Director, academic colleagues, visiting lecturers and industry partners, they will lead course operations, curriculum enhancement, quality assurance and student engagement activities. 

We are seeking an experienced higher education professional with a relevant Master's degree, substantial teaching and assessment experience at postgraduate level, and a strong industry background in fashion media, content creation and production. The successful candidate will have experience leading courses, programmes or academic teams, alongside a passion for innovative pedagogy, student success and academic excellence.

This is a fixed-term maternity cover position, expected to last up to 1 year. We are ideally looking for the successful candidate to join us in early October, although we are open to discussing flexibility around the start date.
