The Research Office is seeking to recruit a HR Support Level 3 Apprentice to join our HR Team. This is an exciting opportunity to work alongside experienced colleagues, gain practical workplace experience and achieve a nationally recognised qualification CIPD Level 3 Foundation Certificate in People Practice.
As part of the Operations team, you will provide HR administrative and operational support across the Research Office. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our HR processes, providing timely, accurate and professional support across a variety of HR functions.
The role includes completing the Level 3 HR Apprenticeship qualification using the skills and knowledge that you will have built up to complete your projects and assignments. You will have the opportunity to be accredited by the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development (CIPD), which is the industry standard 'first step' for HR professionals in the UK.
The apprenticeship is offered on a fixed-term basis for 24 months. During this time, you will receive comprehensive training, support and development opportunities from the Research Office and your training provider, West Suffolk College. You will complete a Level 3 HR Support Apprenticeship, with regular support and workplace visits from your Assessor.
You should hold GCSE qualifications (or equivalent) in English and Mathematics at Grade C/4 or above. You will have experience using basic IT applications, including word processing, spreadsheets and email systems, together with strong organisational, communication and time-management skills. We are looking for enthusiastic individuals with a willingness to learn, a positive approach and an interest in developing a career in HR administration.
