About Us
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Research Assistant to administratively support the delivery of the research and clinical activities carried out within the Unit for Population-Based Dermatology Research at Guy’s and St Thomas’ NHS Foundation Trust and King’s College London.
The Unit for Population-Based Dermatology Research is part of St John’s Institute of Dermatology and is directed by Professor Carsten Flohr, Chair in Dermatology and Population Health Science at King’s College London.
The post holder will be responsible for providing administrative support to the UK Atopic eczema Systemic TherApy Register (A-STAR), also led by Prof Carsten Flohr. This will include, but not limited to, site monitoring, finance (including site invoicing) and data management. You’ll contribute to the production and maintenance of study documents, and be template and version compliant.
This role will suit a candidate with excellent IT and organisational skills who can work accurately, with close attention to detail in a busy environment.

About The Role
The above list of responsibilities may not be exhaustive, and the post holder will be required to undertake such tasks & responsibilities as may reasonably be expected within the scope and grading of the post.
This is a full-time post (35 hours per week), and you will be offered a fixed-term contract for 12 months from the start date. The role is offered on a hybrid working basis, with a typical working pattern of 3 - 4 days per week on campus and 1 - 2 days per week working from home, subject to operational & research requirements.
