As our Monitoring and Evaluation Assistant, you will play a vital role in ensuring the accurate collection, processing and management of data that helps us understand and demonstrate the impact of our work.

You will support the monitoring and evaluation function by cleaning, coding and uploading participant data to national databases, maintaining records, responding to enquiries, and working with colleagues to collect activity registers and evaluation information. You will also provide administrative support to the wider team, including supporting outreach activities and events where required.

We're looking for someone who is highly organised, enjoys working with data, has excellent attention to detail and can build positive working relationships with colleagues and partners.

Application & Assessment Process

  • To help us assess your application fairly and consistently, please ensure your supporting statement is structured under the following four headings, providing specific examples wherever possible, explaining what you did and the impact of your contribution.
    • Data Processing and Information Management (maximum 300 words).
      Tell us about your experience of working with data, spreadsheets, databases or information systems. Include examples of checking data accuracy, maintaining records, or processing information.
    • Office Administration and Event Support (maximum 300 words).
      Describe your administrative experience, including managing inboxes, organising records, coordinating activities or supporting events.
    • Customer Service, Communication and Relationship Building (maximum 300 words).
      Provide examples of responding to enquiries, supporting colleagues or customers, and building effective working relationships.
    • Commitment to Equality of Opportunity and Widening Participation (maximum 150 words).

  • Assessment for the role will include a competency-based interview, and interviews will be held on 25 September.
