Sessional Tutors in Economics, Management, Business Law & Finance.

University of Warwick – Warwick Global Academy

Hours: 2 roles up to full-time depending on subject combinations

Pay: Grade FA6 / spinal point 27/ £21.02 per hour including holiday pay

Contract type: Sessional tutor, temporary

Contract duration: 21 September 2026 – 2 July 2027

Closing Date: 6 September 2026

Interview Date: Interviews will take place on 14 or 15 September depending on number of shortlisted candidates.

Interview: Candidates will be expected to present a sample lesson, lesson plan with materials on a topic selected from one of the three IFP modules (links below).

The Opportunity

An exciting opportunity has opened up to join the Warwick Global Academy department in the role of Teaching Fellow on our International Foundation Year Programme. We are specifically seeking Teaching Fellows to teach on the following modules:

Foundations of Economics

Foundations of Management

Foundations of Business Law and Finance.   

With over 35 years of experience in the pre-university sector, Warwick Global Academy has successfully enabled thousands of students from across the globe to successfully embark on their university studies.

Our academic programmes are designed to support students' academic, English Language and extracurricular development to access and excel on undergraduate level programmes at the University of Warwick and other leading UK institutions.

About You

You will have a track record of delivering high quality level 3 and possibly 4 teaching to international students, that is engaging and innovative evidence-based learning and teaching practice.

You will be qualified to teach a minimum of two of the modules listed.

You will have a minimum of a degree in a relevant subject, a relevant postgraduate qualification and an appropriate teaching qualification.
