We are seeking to appoint a Senior Project Manager Connect EU’ to support CONNECT-EU, a Horizon Europe Coordination and Support Action coordinated by Brunel University of London. CONNECT-EU is a multi-partner European project designed to strengthen interregional cooperation and investment readiness in circular and sustainable aluminium value chains.

You will provide project management and administrative support to ensure effective consortium coordination, governance support, reporting preparation, document control, implementation monitoring and compliance-related administration across the life of the project.

The role will involve organising and supporting project meetings, maintaining project records, tracking actions, milestones and deliverables, supporting internal and external reporting, liaising with consortium partners, and working closely with relevant Brunel professional services teams. You will also support project events, workshops and review meetings, including logistics, communication, documentation and follow-up actions.

We are looking for someone with strong organisational skills and experience of supporting project coordination in a research, higher education or externally funded project environment. You should be able to manage competing priorities, maintain accurate records, communicate clearly with a wide range of stakeholders, and work effectively with academic, professional services and external partners. Experience of Horizon Europe, EU-funded or other large externally funded projects would be particularly valuable.

You will also have a First degree in science or engineering as per the essential criteria.
