About us

The UCL School of Management is home to UCL’s business and management research and education programmes, with a world-leading reputation for research and teaching in innovation management, technology-intensive organisations, business analytics and entrepreneurship.

Research at the School was rated ‘world-leading’ and ‘internationally excellent’ in the Research Excellence Framework 2021, placing the School 2nd in the UK for Business and Management. The School is accredited by AACSB and AMBA and is a member of the Chartered Association of Business Schools.

With more than 2,300 students, over 55% from outside the UK, the School delivers undergraduate, postgraduate, executive and PhD programmes. These prepare students for leadership roles in technology-intensive organisations and new ventures, as well as finance and consulting.

Since 2025, the School has been undergoing rapid expansion as it delivers a new strategy that will see staff and student numbers double over the coming years. This includes new degree programmes, additional staff and enhanced facilities at its Canary Wharf campus, supporting its mission to educate socially conscious entrepreneurial leaders equipped to address the world’s greatest challenges.

About the role

The post holder will deliver engaging, informative and innovative digital content through a comprehensive strategy across all digital platforms.

A key responsibility will be to overhaul the School’s existing website in line with UCL and industry best practice, while developing tools and frameworks that enable staff to manage and use the website effectively.

The role will also lead content strategies for social media and e-newsletters, supporting a range of internal and external audiences.

Analytics, reporting and user testing will be central to the role, alongside an innovative, data-driven approach to continuously improving content and delivering best-in-class digital experiences.
