The School of Business and Law at St Mary's University is looking for a proactive & adaptable Faculty Administrator to join our friendly and supportive team. This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in supporting both our programmes delivered at St Mary's and those delivered with our external partner institutions.
Job Summary
As a Faculty Administrator, you will work closely with academic colleagues, students, professional services teams & external partners, helping to deliver an excellent student experience throughout the academic journey. No two days are the same, making this an ideal role for someone who enjoys variety, takes initiative and thrives in a collaborative environment.
You will provide high-quality administrative support across a range of academic programmes, ensuring processes run efficiently & accurately. From coordinating programme administration and supporting assessment processes to maintaining student records and responding to enquiries, your work will have a direct impact on staff, students and partner organisations.
This is a part time position working 28.8 hours per week (0.8FTE)
